Bradford Youth Athletics will once again light up the skies over Chester County.
Approximately twenty hot air balloons, in a variety of shapes and colors, will
converge on the
Embreeville Sports Complex Friday evening through Sunday morning.
Mass ascensions are scheduled (weather permitting) for 6:15pm Friday,
6:15 am and 6:15 pm on Saturday. On Friday upon their return, the balloons will
be
tethered for the Friday Night Balloon Glow at dusk to illuminate the night.
The two-day event, co-sponsored by Suburban
Propane, will begin Friday with a
1:00 shotgun start to our WBYA Golf Outing at Broad Run Golfer’s Club.
Registration
for this event includes a ticket to the VIP Glow Party Tent from 7:00pm-10:00pm
which
will feature an up close and personal look at the magnificent glowing balloons,
a catered buffet and live music by Late April.
On Saturday, The festival fairgrounds will open to
the public
from 3:00pm-9:00pm where you will find a variety of food/beverage and craft
vendors,
classic cars, continuous live music from center stage.
There will also be tethered balloon rides throughout the day and a Kid Zone.
Admission to the festival fairgrounds is free.
$5 per parking donation
